 Upgrading Kualitas Pelayanan Pelanggan XPERT 2014

BKB XPERT MTI Bogor sangat serius dan fokus pada tingkat kepuasan pelayanan pelanggan yang berkualitas.  Untuk mewujudkan dan mengaktualisasikan hal tersebut maka beberapa program khusus sudah dilakukan meliputi :

1.    Monitoring Siswa Aktif (MSA)

 Program diatas seperti quick response ke siswa dengan cara menelpon atau sms ke oranmg tua siswa apabila siswa yang bersangkutan tidak hadir selama KBM berlangsung.  Selain itu Divisi akademik akan mengkonfirmasi hasil LABS (Laporan Akademik Siswa Berkala) seperti rapor sekolah kepada orang tua siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan.  Hal itu salah satu bentuk feedback lembaga sebagai bentuk sikap tanggungjawab moril terhadap orang tua siswa.

2.    KBM Suplemen

KBM khusus yang dilaksanakan untuk proses pemantapan dan pematangan materi ujian-ujian di sekolah di luar jadwal KBM normal.  Bentuk latihan soal yang diberikan bervariasi dan disajikan dengan level yang berbeda tingkat kesukarannya.  Khusus Pembahasan soal MIPA menggunakan metode EXPERT solution dengan gaya pembahasan dikupas secara tajam dan tuntas ala samurai Jepang.  Siswa-siswi akan menjadi lebih percaya diri dan optimis ketika menghadapi ujian sekolah yang sesungguhnya nanti.

3.    KBM Terapi Cepat

Jenis KBM tambahan yang khusus diberikan kepada siswa-siswi yang terbelakang dan atau kesulitan materi secara akademik.  Durasi waktu sekitar 30-60 menit.  Bisa diberikan setelah KBM normal selesai atau di hari lain selain jadwal KBM normal.  Tambahan waktu belajar tersebut merupakan salah satu terapi obat akademik secara singkat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep materi dan pengembangan latihan soal mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit.

4.    Bimbingan Konseling Siswa (Bikonsis)

Program utama akademik siswa yang berupa layanan bimbingan dan konsultasi khusus yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswi XPERT yang memerlukan perhatian khusus secara psikologis maupun akademik.  Bentuk aneka pelayanan Bikonsis meliputi motivation and character building, pembinaan rohani, tips dan trik sukses, informasi seputar pendidikan terbaru, dan pemilihan jurusan.  Bikonsis juga berlaku untuk orang tua siswa dan mitra lembaga terkait selama mereka membutuhkan.   Untuk kedepannya, lembaga kami akan melakukan kerjasama khusus dan intensif dengan Psikolog atau Lembaga Psikologi kredibel dan terpercaya.

5.    Personality Test

Program wajib akademik berupa tes kecerdasan (IQ) dan EQ (Emotion Quality) secara gratis, identifikasi gaya belajar dan penelusuran minat dan bakat siswa secara akademik dan non akademik.

6.    Forum Aspirasi Orang Tua Siswa (FAOTS)

Sebuah terobosan inovasi lembaga yang ditujukan khusus kepada orang tua siswa sebagai media komunikasi efektif antar orang tua siswa dengan berbagai sarana media teknologi modern yang ada.  Akses jalur FOTS bisa meliputi face book, twiter, website blog, dan sms handphone. Adapun model rancangan bentuk lainnya adalah  forum pertemuan insidentil lewat seminar dan workshop pendidikan jika kondisi finansial dan support SDM lembaga memungkinkan kedepannya.

7.    Talenta Dinamika Kelompok

Program layanan terbaru yang inovatif dan favorit bagi siswa-siswi BKB XPERT MTI saat ini.  Kegiatan tersebut biasanya dilaksanakan sebulan sekali pada hari libur di luar jadwal KBM normal khusus untuk area Komplek GSE 2 Cinangka Ciampea. Durasi waktu rata-rata sekitar 3 jam tergantung kebutuhan.  Aneka acara kegiatan sangat variatif dan edukatif berbasis edutainment meliputi Kompetesi Talenta Kelompok, Numeric Talent Test, Card Talent Test, Test Ilusi Mata, Puzzle Speed Contest (PSC), Free Painting Art (FPA),Pemutaran video/film motivasi dan pengetahuan umum, inbound training, Dongeng Kisah inspiratif dan motivasi, Lesehan Bedah Soal Matematika dan IPA dan Latihan Konsentrasi menggunakan lilin pada malam hari.  Luar Biasa Bukan.  Inilah seni mendidik dan mengajar ala XPERT MTI Bogor.  Bermain sambil Belajar bukan Belajar sambil bermain..
